Apparently these have been independently tested in July 2025 and found to only contain 2. 5 grams or less of creatine. I want will be contacting you regarding a refund.

Little to no creatine in the gummies

Missed the fact that these have been stopped in production after having significantly lower creatine than advertised. See NZ muscle have now added this in the main description but feel it’s a little disingenuous to keep selling without saying that they’ve been shown to have 1-2% of the creatine than they advertise - not just a little less.

So much easier than using powder

Easy purchase and easy to take - pop 3 in every morning before workout and you're good to go. I know they work as had a recent blood test and it came up with elevated levels of creatine.
Flavours are pretty good as well - very palatable.
