DESCRIPTION
It’s hydration, but supercharged. Muscle Nation Hydration Sticks deliver a high-performance blend of electrolytes, amino acids, and immune support nutrients, all in a convenient, single-serve stick. Perfect for pre-, intra-, or post-workout use, these sticks help you stay hydrated, recover faster, and perform at your best. Mix one stick with cold water for a refreshing grape-flavoured drink that fuels your body beyond what water alone can do.
Key Features
- 3,505mg Electrolyte Blend: Rehydrates and restores key minerals lost through sweat to keep you performing at your best.
- 1,500mg Taurine: Supports endurance and muscle function during intense workouts.
- 750mg Glycine: Aids in recovery and helps reduce muscle fatigue.
- 120mg Vitamin C: Helps reduce oxidative stress and supports immune health.
How It Works – Hydration and Performance in Sync
Muscle Nation Hydration Sticks are formulated to replace the electrolytes lost through sweat while providing performance-enhancing support from taurine and glycine. The balanced electrolyte ratio of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium helps maintain fluid balance, prevent cramps, and optimise muscle contractions. With added vitamin C for immune protection, this blend keeps you hydrated, energised, and ready to perform through every session.
