DESCRIPTION
Musashi Flavoured Creatine is a berry-flavoured, micronised creatine monohydrate powder in a 420g tub. Each 6g serve provides 5g of creatine monohydrate (equivalent to 4.4g creatine), giving approximately 70 serves per tub.
Creatine plays a key role in the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the body's energy source during high-intensity exercise. When used alongside resistance training, it helps increase muscle strength and lean body mass.
