DESCRIPTION
Sap is an energy gel made from organic maple syrup - and in the case of Sap Maple, that is the entire ingredients list. Each sachet delivers 27g of carbohydrate in a 1:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio, without the maltodextrin, thickeners or preservatives most gels rely on.
It is thin enough to drink mid-stride and tastes like maple, because that is all it is. Popular with marathon runners, long-distance cyclists and HYROX athletes who have had enough of gels that upset their stomach.

How the flavours differ
- Maple - 30ml. No added salt, no caffeine. Organic maple syrup only.
- Lemon + Salt - 32ml. 100mg sodium. Adds cold pressed lemon juice and Murray River salt.
- Coffee - 34ml. 100mg sodium and 30mg caffeine. Adds organic coffee concentrate and Murray River salt.
- Salted Caramel - 30ml. 100mg sodium. Adds Murray River salt and natural caramel flavour.
Directions
Take one sachet before or during exercise. For longer sessions, one to three sachets per hour depending on intensity.
Storage
Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.
Warning
Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.

South Island Overnight
Order before 3:00pm for delivery overnight Monday to Friday. Excluding weekends and public holidays (rural addresses will take longer).
If you place an order after 3pm on Thursday, your order would be delivered the following Monday.
