Home Gym Resistance Band Set

Loving the variety of exercises and resistance I can use. Great for use indoors when weather good and outdoors when it is bad.

I really like them and I’m using everyday if nz muscle can provide one exercises video would be appreciated

These are very good. I love them!!

Great order and delivery experience. Super quick. Equipment is good quality and as advertised. Would’ve been good if it came with explanation what the various parts were.

excellent! exactly what I was after.

Very good easy to use good quality. Heaps of different combinations to do

I'm still trying to find exercises to do with them. Need to supply a wee starter booklet

Only lasted a week and one of the bands snapped doing a bent over row.

They seem really good.

Excellent thanks

Great instead of using weights. Lots of different exercises your able to do

I found these first class

great product, easy to use and good for workout out/exercising at home or when you dont have access to a gym

Great products! My husband loves them n he will order more in the future:+1:

I’ve been using these as substitutes for gym equipment and I love them! They attach to the door easily and you can use several at a time for extra resistance.

Grabbed these in a massive sale and glad I did. Decent quality and great for me to use for warmup and activation exercises. Useful selection of attachments, I went and bought a set of 10 extra carabiners ($8 from Bunnings) so I had one on each end of every band, makes swapping between bands and handles much quicker.
