DESCRIPTION
GU Liquid Energy is a portable, fast-absorbing carbohydrate gel with electrolytes for hydration, amino acids, and caffeine in some flavours for focus.
How do you take GU Liquid Energy?
Rip open the top and squeeze the entire packet into your mouth in one go.
Caffeinated or not?
GU Liquid Energy comes in both caffeinated and caffeine-free flavours. Caffeine can help sharpen focus during long efforts.
How long does it take to work?
The fructose is available to your muscles quickly, while the maltodextrin (70–80% of the carb blend, depending on flavour) takes a little longer, giving a steady supply of energy rather than one big sugar spike.
