Iron is an essential mineral that contributes to normal energy levels, and many people find it hard to get enough from food alone – especially women who menstruate, those who are pregnant, anyone who enjoys a plant-based diet, and people who exercise regularly. That’s where Good Iron + Vita-C soft-chews come in!
Each soft-chew provides 2.25mg of iron (from sodium iron EDTA) with blood orange and kiwifruit powders as natural sources of vitamin C.
There’s so much to benefit from taking a natural supplement that is iron-rich and deliciously chewable!
Directions: Adults take 2–3 soft-chews daily, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
