DESCRIPTION
L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body. The body synthesises L-Glutamine and it can also be sourced through diet, BUT there are times when the body needs more than it can produce, so supplementing can help. L-Glutamine is considered vital to the production of proteins in the body, so it plays a key role in muscle recovery.
How to use it?
L-Glutamine should be taken at a consistent time every day, whatever works for you and your routine. Simply mix 5 grams (approximately a heaped teaspoon) with 250ml of water in a shaker!
For people who are dieting or training 5+ times per week, we would recommend taking 10-15g per day, ideally pre and post exercise.
What you will notice?
With consistent use, many people notice an improvement in their muscle recovery within 1-2 weeks.
