DESCRIPTION
Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are a blend of three vital amino acids - leucine, valine, and isoleucine.
These crucial amino acids are not synthesised by the body and must be obtained through diet. BCAAs are commonly found in protein-rich foods like meat, eggs, and dairy products.
ATP Science has expertly crafted a product containing all three essential amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Their formula is designed to be pure and clean, offering you a top-quality product.
But how exactly do BCAAs function in the body? These amino acids promote muscle protein synthesis, potentially helping to limit muscle breakdown. This can help you develop more lean muscle mass while helping to maintain the muscle you have.
Each of the three amino acids in the blend serves a unique purpose within the body. Leucine acts as a catalyst to ignite muscle cells or fibres, supporting muscle protein synthesis for increased muscle growth.
On the other hand, isoleucine contributes to energy production and aids in post-exercise recovery. Valine plays a role in muscle maintenance.
The combination of these three essential amino acids provides your body with the tools for muscle growth and recovery. Pairing BCAA 2:1:1 by ATP Science with a tailored diet and exercise regimen aligned with your fitness objectives can yield superior outcomes.
With BCAA 2:1:1 by ATP Science, you may experience:
- Enhanced protein synthesis by activating pathways that promote muscle growth post-exercise
- Reduced muscle breakdown by supplying amino acids that support muscle maintenance
- Improved workout performance
