Rest and Relax is a targeted blend of herbal extracts to help you wind down your mind and nervous system so you can rest and relax.

It includes Californian poppy and passionflower, which are *traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to reduce disturbed sleep, relieve sleeplessness, support health sleeping patterns and reduce symptoms of stress and mild anxiety.

Rest and Relax also includes Ziziphus, traditionally used in Chinese medicine to help reduce the occurrence of irritability and Ashwagandha, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to relive stress and support healthy emotional balance.

INGREDIENT SPOTLIGHT

KSM-66 Ashwagandha is the highest concentration, most bioavailable full-spectrum root extract on the market today, retaining all the natural constituents of the herb in the original balance. For a herb to operate at a systemic level, it needs a complex blend of phytochemicals with a wide range of actions on the human body. Ashwagandha is one of the very few herbs in the world with a complex blend of this type. KSM-66 Ashwaghanda has been evaluated in 24 “Gold Standard” clinical trials for safety and efficacy.

ADULT DOSE

Take 2 capsules daily. For best results take half an hour before bed or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
